Switched from very expensive physical therapy sessions to a personal trainer, Dawn Stephens at Muselman Wellness Center. Purchased weekly personal trainer package and monthly membership for about the same price as the previous PT facility's one week price. The initial assessment was free and thorough as she rated my abilities and listened to my needs and goals. The weekly routines Dawn designed are varied, challenging and makes me proud of my accomplishments. The staff is friendly, helpful, accessible and knowledgeable as well. I love how clean everything is, the variety of equipment here and the beautiful pool and large whirlpool that soothes sore muscles after workouts. I've never stuck with an exercise regimen before, but I am now.
It is a relaxed place to work out. If you are casual swimming or doing laps, that's ok. Even the classes mix serious exercisers with new users. No pressure here.
